The one thing that you have that no one else has is you! Your voice, your mind, your story, your vision. So write and draw and build and play and dance and live as only you can. The moment you feel that just possibly you are walking down the street naked...that's the moment you may be starting to get it right! ~~~Neil Gaiman, Make Good Art
I created this art piece with elements and background from the two kits that Foxy Squirrel (Teddi Rutschman) designed for Patti Koosed! Both kits have a large array of exquisite elements and backgrounds to keep your creative juices flowing with the prospect of the delightful digital art you will soon be creating for yourself or someone else! !
I also got to sample Patti's new Word Design Digital Kit that is the perfect companion to both of the kits!
You can purchase all 3 of these beautiful kits at Patti's Etsy Store: HERE
Look for Foxy Squirrel's Mythology Digital Kit and Love Digital Kit and while you are there, check out Patti's beautiful Digital Whisper Designs that she has for sale!!
Or you can visit Digital Dreamers's Challenge Blog and there you will find the kits displayed on the right sidebar! Click on either badge to be sent directly to Patti's Etsy Store!
I missed the first week's theme of Cheeky Challenge and decided no matter what happened this week, no distractions, I had to create something for the second week! I found this painting by William Adolphe Bouguereau at Wikipedia Creative Commons and created this art piece !
I have participated in June McFarlane's art challenges in the past and loved the experience that I gained as I created art each week! I was learning how to use PSE 8 but was not feeling very confident in what I was doing but as the weeks passed and with June's praise and support, I became more inspired to learn as much as I could about the techniques that go into creating digital art! My inspiration also came from the digital art that so many talented artists were also creating each week. June's themes were original and interesting and as my skill grew, my love of all things digital began to grew! As I would finish an art piece, I remember feeling that pure joy and great satisfaction that I felt years ago when studying art in school!
I was thrilled when I found June's new weekly challenge blog and would encourage anyone who has an interest in digital art to participate! Whether you are a beginner or an experienced digital artist, I know you'll find June's weekly themes well worth your time to create something valuable...a art piece that you can be proud of that really speaks to your heart...nothing short of finding creative bliss!!!

Patti, thanks so much for once again providing us with another great theme for the challenge this week!! Every challenge is so unique and inspirational that I look forward to each new week with "big sparks" of creativity and enthusiasm!
Let me add.... I loved the nice (3 dimensional) effect that automatically happened after I added my last digital element, the windowsill. I experimented further by adding a light shadow behind the windowsill and VOILA! a wonderful peek througha real glass windowpane to see two, sophisticated French Women as they enjoy their little "tete atete" outside of a quaint Paris Cafe!
